In what ways are stem cells extracted from the human body?

Stem Cell Extraction: Up until now, the most common way to extract stem cells has been from bone marrow. However, the stem cell yield from bone marrow is low , and therefore these cells usually need to be culture expanded for therapeutic purposes. The good news is that adipose tissue has a very high concentration of stem cells. Look for future developments in this evolving field!
