Easy: Adult stem cells are found within all tissues with blood supply. Tiny micro-capillaries are primary locations. Most common means of harvestin comes via minimally invasive, using microcannulas (lipoaspirating) on small syringes to obtain the adipose cells (highest in non-blood type stem cells). These can become bone, cartilage, nerve, tendon-ligament, depending on where placed or located by signals.
