Yes: If a person has any concerns about suicidal thoughts, he or she should definitely talk with a mental health professional. Of course you can always talk to your family doctor who might refer you to a mental health professional . In an emergency a person can call 911 or a suicide hotline. Don't mess with suicidal thoughts - if you have them talk to someone now. Treatment works
