Get help: Dear bunny, i don't have the information to make a diagnosis. But the little I do know makes me concerned about depression. Depression can really impact academics - v energy level, v motivation, v concentration, v memory etc. If you feel actively suicidal, please get help at the nearest emergency room. If not, please help through a psychologist or a psychiatrist in your area. You can be helped.

Learning specialist: Dr. Heidi's advice is good. There are specific techniques that you need to master to be successful at studying in college. If you don't pick these up along the way, you'll get into a cycle of academic failure, declining self esteem, the wrong kinds of thoughts and moods, and eventually failure. If the depression has roots elsewhere, these must be addressed as well.
