Many possibilities: You are presenting frequently uti.Do you have done sensitivity culture for check the best antibiotic? Many times could be reinfected by vaginal infect, the way you clean , back to front, sexual relation . See urologist: Empty bladder after intercourse if utis could be related to going to sleep with urine in your bladder after sex. Are u constipated, if so take laxatives. Otherwise worth seeing a urologist in case you have chronic cystitis or bladder stone and might be worth cystoscopy (telescopic inspection of bladder).
