Natural organic Food: I studied a number of diets out in the late 90's.The good from bad advice. The good, ; eating 5 to 7 servings of fresh fruit and vegetables. The zone diet advised to never eat more protien a day then that which will fit in the palm. Avoid milk and sun. Ice ceam infrequently is okay. Don't eat meat with eggs. Cook with extra virgin olive oil. Eat red yellow green olives as a snack. Exercise daily.
