How are chiropractic and osteopathy or physiotherapy different?

All similiar: To me their is little peer reviewed support for manipulation or massage although it definitely makes pts feel better. Physiotherapy helps pts return quicker to their pre injury level.

Chiro Specialists: While traditional spinal manipulation in the United States was originally performed by osteopaths to increase blood flow, Doctors of Chiropractic have specialized and recognized the importance of central (brain) nervous system changes with adjustments. Osteopaths typically do not manipulate today. Typically, physiotherapy utilizes modalities to relax muscles, and exercise to stabilize.
