Could be a virus: If you have sore throat or runny nose, it could be a head cold caused by a virus. This typically lasts for 3-5 days and should go away itself..All you needc to do is take a cou-ple of tylenols (acetaminophen) which will relieve the chest soreness. If it does not go away soon, go get a check up by your doctor.
