A member asked:

I take one of the 'all in one' tablets, that's supposed to give me a full days vitamins, iron, excetera. do any of them really work?

Packaged group: They are packaged group of components, like a grocery bag has different things in it. To determine what they have, read the label and take note of the amount of each component. You may need more of a dosage of what is in it - if so you can add another tablet that has what extra you need. Consult with your doctor and/or nutritionist for your customized dosages.
