Ways to help: There are several measures to take after being outside during allergy season. 1. Shower, shampoo and change clothes to remove pollen from clothes, body, and hair. 2. New generation antihistamine can decrease symptoms. 3. Prior to next outdoor event, take medications ahead of time to prevent symptoms from occurring.
