I tore my acl and am delaying surgery. after a month of rehab, is it safe to go to a concert festival, without my acl repaired?

Yes: Just be careful, if your acl is torn, your knee is unstable. Any twisting motions can cause the knee to buckle or give out. Wear a brace if you have one.
