Yes: You should if you do not have nough milk for the baby to growth, but i will encourage breast milk as the first option, the more you offer the more you will produce.

Yes: Absolutely. If you're infant is nursing well, gaining weight, well hydrated and appears happy, there is no reason to supplement. You're giving them the perfect food source!
