Loose Skin: Loose skin can be a sign of poor skin quality from aging, weight changes and sun exposure. Stretch marks are a sign of severe skin damage. Exercise by any means may not tighten up poor quality or damaged skin. If you exercise and the skin remains loose then see a board certified plastic surgeon to learn about your options.
