How will a chiropractic care differ from a massage?

Difference: Chiropractic care usually involves manipulations of the body parts, either using high or low velocity thrusts. Massage has different forms but generally, kneads the muscle.

Centrally Integrated: Doctors of Chiropractic focus on the nervous system and will address spinal and other joint dysfunction by adjusting the joints, stimulating the brain to improve symptoms and change function. They provide care for nerves, muscles and joints. Massage addresses muscles specifically, and Doctors of Chiropractic may work in conjunction with a massage therapist if more than a few muscle s effected.
