No "concerns": BUT this sounds like it may be coming from your SPINE (L4-L5 level). The pregnancy may be adding to the problem. Speak with your Chiro about referral to a Spine Specialist...or some careful physical therapy . Hope this helps! Good Luck! Dr Z

You need a physical exam by a spine specialist to confirm this diagnosis. You have roughly 8-10 weeks before delivery, so after childbirth you will have more treatment options available -- including NSAIDs/PT, and a few others to be set up after you see a spine specialist.
