What to do if i heared that lavender oil can heal acne scarring, is it effective?

Lavender oil is good: For relaxation and soothing. I know of no scientific studies that show lavender oil will heal acne scarring. Once acne scars are made, they are permanent. Prevention of further acne is important to minimizing future scarring.
