PIN: Pin stands for prostate intraepithelial neoplasia. It is considered a pre-cancerous lesion; however it does not necessarily become malignant. Approximatley 20% of men with high grade pin are found to ahve prostate cancer. You should be seeing a urologist so that your psa and prostate examination can be followed.
