What does it mean if my prostate aches at times when enlarged?

Here are some ...: Prostate enlargement alone would not cause ache. Feeling prostate ache denotes possible inflammation / infection of the prostate or its nearby tissue, or some functional change in the nearby nerve fiber resulting in recurrent troublesome in the prostate and its vicinity. So, lately, chronic pelvic painful syndrome / disorder (CPPS or CPPD) has been coined to address such an annoying issue. Ask Doc
