How to treat asthma and how to prevent allergic asthma attacks?

Dr. Gary Moss answered

Inhaled steroids: There are a few medications to treat asthma, but the mainstay are inhaled corticosteroids. While they are steroids, they have a very localized effect and are very safe. If they are not effective alone at preventing asthma, we have a number of other medications we can use.
