Asthma control: Night-time asthma that occurs more than twice a month indicates the asthma is not controlled based on national guidelines. An asthma specialist can assist in developing a treatment plan (avoidance of allergens/irritants), medications (quick-relief, controller) and possibly allergy injections (if allergic asthma) to keep that asthma at bay and allow a good nights sleep!
