Soda/diet soda: Soda in general is not good for anyone. It affects children's including teens bones. It can also cause tooth decay and is unnecessary calories. Diet soda is not an appropriate substitute for soda.

Causes weight gain &: Diet soda is extremely toxic & bad for everyone, not just teenage girls. The chemical sweeteners can cause a myriad of serious health problems & are proven to cause weight gain.
