What gynecological problems affect teenage girls?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Infections: Generally teenage girls would see a gyn to address vaginal discharge/infections or their need for birth control. Occasionally, a teenager hasn't developed in a timely fashion or hasn't gotten her menses, yet. This is a good time for the gyn to revisit some basic concepts about pregnancy and STI avoidance.
