Several disorders: The main use of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) & other stimulants is treatment of adhd. But, it also is used to treat certain sleep disorders such as narcolepsy & sleep apnea & sometimes is used to enhance effects of another medication, typically an antidepressant. It is not a good long-term appetite suppressant, nor is its use to keep one awake on long drives or while cramming for a test recommended.
