Halitosis: Bad breath can be caused by several things. One, is tooth bacteria, but your tounge has crypts that have bacteria as well. Tonsils, and acid reflux can also cause bad breath. Brushing your tounge and watching what you eat can be helpfull. Speak to your dentist and maybe a physician if you suspect reflux.

Mouthwash could help: An over the counter mouth rinse could help as could better brushing and flossing. However, they only mask the problem. Some medical conditions can contribute, but most causes are dental. Start with the dentist, but you may need to see other medical remedies.
