Depends: The cause of your breath odor is critical in determining the best remedy. It may be tongue brushing if you have a fungal infection, or you may need treatment for a periodontal infection or acid reflux. Usually tongue brushing and flossing alleviate most of the problems! thanks!

Treating bad breath: The long lasting remedy is first and foremost finding the cause. Sometimes it is from tooth decay sometimes from gum disease sometimes from medicines side effects sometimes from stomach problems if it is from the first two you must be good about eliminating the problem then being so good about brushing and flossing otherwise the bad breath will return.
