No: There are thing that you can do under the category of sleep hygiene. Things like going to bed at the same time, melatonin supplements, being quit before bed, avoiding alcohol, and no exercise within an hour before bed. If your still having trouble you might consider seeing a sleep physician for an evaluation and additional help.
