is there a cure for chronic insomnia? i don't want to be dependent on sleeping pills. it's really making me more anxious.

No magic pills: Get evaluated and tested by a dr. To start to make sure there is no underlying organic cause of your insomnia. Melatonincan help and is natural. Treating your underlying anxiety may actually help treat your insomnia as well. Best wishes.
