Hi i keep getting very bad pain in my lower abdomen when trying to open my bowels but at the same time it make vomit what could be the cause of this?

Could be serious: Abdominal pain can be caused by serious conditions that require emergent or delayed surgery (appendicitis, gallstones), infections (utis, pid, diverticulitis) that require antibiotics, or more benign, even harmless circumstances (constipation, gas pains). Unfortunately even these simpler causes may themselves be caused by something more serious. Go to the er or see your doctor right away.
