Constipation: Contact the child's pediatrician and see if they like to use mineral oil and how much to use.

Don't worry: Human babies are made to drink human milk. Their guts can be so efficient at absorbing all the nutrients there might not be much to eliminate. It is not unheard of to go 2 weeks or more without a bowel movement in a baby only getting breast milk. It is not considered constipation in this case. As long as baby eats, nurses, behaves, grows and acts normally baby is fine.
