Eat healthy unprocessd food, avoid tobacco and alcohol, get a good night sleep, try magnesium oil topically on lower spine, heat, and stretching, do gentle walking and resistive exercise, pushing against imagined resistance on out breathe.

Here are some ...: Orchialgia denotes the pain in the testis, but in reality, it has been commonly used to encompass all the pain in or around scrotum without detailing, which may be caused by the problem in testis itself or epididymis, vas, hydrocele, injury, etc. , or by referring pain from nerve irritation by pinching or neuropathy along spinal nerves, leading to radiculopathy, notably ilioinguinal nerve.
