Orchalgia: Orchalgia simply means pain in the testis. Presumably you would know if your testis hurt. There are numerous causes but the majority are due to inflammation secondary to infection of the epididymis. See a urologist for exam and proper diagnosis.

Orchialgia is just..: Orchialgia is just a medical term to describe feeling the pain in testis, but its cause may be in testis itself or referring from somewhere. But a detailed hx and physical exam can usually differentiate and confirm where the pain originates.
