Not necessarily, tho: Lots of caffeine + a methylphenidate or an amphetamine is probably not a good idea. Either stimulant can increase anxiety in a person with adhd & comorbid anxiety disorder(s) or decrease anxiety from a situational reaction to inability to please teachers, parents, bosses, meet deadlines, sustain relationships, etc. Because of having untreated adhd. The fda-approved adjunct Intuniv may help.

Anxiety and ADHD: Anxiety is associated with adhd itself and a common side effect of stimulant drugs. I would gradually decrease the drug until you are off it. If your problem is distract-ability then i would put time into following your joy, finding your passion and doing more of that. No one is inattentive to their passion.
