Unlikely but: If you were prescribed 20mg, you should ask the prescribing dr before make any changes. Besides the usually mild symptoms of (partial) discontinuation, i think that in general such a decrease should not cause any new side effects that were not present with the higher dose. But let me insist, you should ask your dr before.
