It Depends: As i really don't know what your diagnosis is from the information you provided and do not know what benefit Prozac (fluoxetine) was providing and is no longer providing; it is very difficult to suggest some alternative treatments which may or may not be beneficial. I suggest you see a board certified psychiatrist for a definitive diagnosis and treatment options. Good luck.

Many: Depending on the reasons Prozac was prescribed, there are many alternative antidepressants: celexa, lexapro, zoloft, effexor, (venlafaxine) wellbutrin, etc. Discuss your concerns with your doctor so that they can be addressed. If other health issues are now showing up, these need to be considered. Good luck to you!
