Exercise time: The best time of day to exercise is the time of day when you have the most energy. I am not a morning person, so evening works best for me. But not too late, so you are not still on adrenaline and cannot get to sleep on schedule. Experiment a bit. But, i would suspect it would be early afternoon for most.
