Good news: You had hepatitis a in the past. You only get this hepatitis once so you are immune. You were also likely exposed to hepatitis b but your immune system has controlled it and you don't have chronic infection. You have never been exposed to hepatitis c. This is most likely explanation. Continue to protect against hcv, hiv, and other stds.
