Acute hepatitis A: These data are difficult to follow, but i think these labs mean the following: you have chronic hepatitis b (hbsag+) and got acute hepatitis a on top of that. Your liver enzymes are now returning to normal. If this is true, you will not get hepatitis a again, but need evaluation for hepatitis b.

B status unclear but this explanation IS the most likely one.

Acute Hep A. B ?: Need more tests to clarify. It appears you have acute (short-term) hepatitis a - this is transmitted usually through infected food. Hep b status positive but can't tell if acute or chronic.
Need hep b core antibody status (igm and igg); hepatitis b surface antibody as a minimum; then hep b e antigen and hep b e antibody and hbv dna status to have final answer. Should check hiv, hcv and others too.

The HCV is negative. The HB core IgM is negative . Have you been vaccinated before for hepatitis B. if you never had vaccinated then likely you had this hep B surface antigen from a real infection.
