Be seen: Neurologic symptoms like that should prompt you to be seen. I would be concerned about either a stricture or a stroke.

Dizzy not swallowing: Elderly patients with sudden onset dizziness and swallowing difficulty should be evaluated immediately. While many things can cause either one independently, the sudden onset and combination of both makes cerebral vascular events like stroke a possibility.
