So a friend of mine had a tcv pen and some sugar when i took a hit i realized there was some sugar in my mouth. is there anyway i couldve heated up sugar that got into the pen, then inhaled it as vapor and if so, am i in trouble with my lungs help

I do not think the pens get to a high enough temperature to melt the sugar, let alone vaporize it. So, i don’t think you inhaled any vaporized sugar although you could have inhaled a small amount of the sugar particles. You would have coughed them out if that occurred. Good luck!
