Healing time depends in part on the cause of the fissures. You might need evaluation for genital herpes (overall the most common cause of genital ulceration, but of course dependent on current or past risk of herpes). Yeast infection also is possible. Some cases have no defined cause. Best to see your gyn ASAP for accurate diagnosis and advice. Good luck.
