May be: To get rid of the actual hemorrhoid nothing short of surgery , except laser or high frequency machine some time shrink them , the internal hemorrhoid could be ligated in the office , the external one could be injected with medication that will close the vein without surgery .if you are concerned about the pain associated with hemorrhoid there is OTC medication and foam and topical analgesic.
