No: Dry socket occurs when the blood clot dislodges and the underlying bone is exposed. You appear to have an infection.

Infection: But probably not a dry socket. Dentist is treating w antibiotics. Can take up to 2 days to start working. Make sure to take EXACTLY as directed until all are gone.
