Have you ever seen a patient with congenital hypothyroidism have to have the thyroid tissue they have be removed due to trouble regulating tsh in adulthood? i have some weird tissue and randomly my levels get really wacky for no known reason?

No. Thyroid diseases can be very complicated. i would start by going to uptodate.com and learn as much as you can and then discuss with local expert who has talked to you, examined you, looked at labs and path slides and you again.
