A typical person drinking cow milk or eating cow dairy products as part of a balanced diet does not get hormonal effects from the dietary dairy consumption. Milk consumption does not alter testosterone or estrogen function in the body, in any noticeable way. Dairy products have many health benefits. Persons who are lactose intolerant usually can eat lactose-free or low-lactose foods and drinks.

Drinking milk will not lower testosterone as ther is not enough of it in milk. It does not- that is milk which is rich in calcium and vit D advised in such conditions. For research you can go to the AMA web site or your local library. Good luck
