Oysters are rich in zinc, and cooked (and then canned) oysters are especially rich in zinc. But if you have a normal diet, you're undoubtedly getting plenty of zinc without eating oysters. If you like oysters, either canned or fresh, eat them as often as you wish -- every day if you like them enough. But oysters are not necessary to have healthy zinc levels in the body.
