RDA-Zinc: The recommended dietary allowance is 11mgm/day for men and 8 mgm/day for women. Best sources of zinc include oysters, lobster, red meats, liver.Plant sources include wheat, sesame, poppy, alfalfa, celery, beans and nuts.

At least 11 mg &...: The recommended daily intake of zinc is 11 mg/day. Best food sources include spinach, mushrooms, lamb, beef, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, oats, yogurt, turkey, shrimp and peas.
