After having covid in march, i lost my taste & smell. is there anything i can do to bring this back, as it's awful?

So sorry to hear this; it's a fairly common and unfortunate long term effect of covid. Research is underway but so far no conclusive results. Most cases clear up on their own over several months, so don't lose hope. In the meantime, an ENT or infectious diseases specialist might have advice; or perhaps a long covid clinic (likely available not too far, e.g. Detroit or Ann Arbor). Good luck.
