I have been tasting and smelling a foul taste and smell with everything i eat. i had covid 4 months ago and lost taste and smell but it came back completely normal with no issues. now i am having this problem 4 months later. can it be from meds?

One possible cause is long COVID syndrome, another is sinusitis. If you have nasal congestion, rinse nasal passages with saline. Medication is less likely related.
