You don't mention the urinalysis result for white blood cells (or leukocyte esterase). If that result is high, a UTI is quite likely. If not, it's uncertain. UTIs without symptoms are quite common in older women-- regardless of your other urinalysis results, keep working with your doctor on this. If in doubt, she probably will request a urine culture to look for UTI bacteria. Good luck.

In the absence of symptoms the first thing to do is to have your doc repeat a UA and C&S test of a clean catch mid stream specimen. Secondly pl start drinking some water. Chances of the first report being inaccurate are high . Good luck
