Fighting through chronic stress or anxiety without professional help only leads to worsening and inevitable physical symptoms as well. See a mental health professional such as a psychologist who works with a psychiatrist ( in case medication is recommended for a short period). Stress management therapy or cognitive behavioral therapy will help you deal with stress & anxiety.
